Spring Auction & Art Show

DM Auction Logo.jpg

Join us for our annual Spring Auction and Art Show at Dan Mills Elementary. It's a fun evening of community building and bidding on some really awesome items in our silent and live auctions. This year money raised at the auction will go towards funding the arts programs at Dan Mills - both art and music. Several food trucks will be on site, students' artwork from the current school year will be on display in the Art Show and there will be a musical performance by the 2nd grade classes.

This year we are using a mobile bidding app called Handbid for all auction bidding. Check out our spring auction page for more details!

Teacher "Happy Cart"

Once a month we are showing our appreciation and love for Dan Mills’ teachers and staff by wheeling around a “happy cart.” The cart is stocked with Ugly Mugs coffee, waters, baked goods and other snacks. It’s just a small token of our gratitude for all they do for our students!

The “happy cart” will be wheeled around on Tuesday mornings, once a month. The dates are as follows: 1/15, 2/12, 3/19, 4/16 and 5/14.

YOU can get involved too.

  1. Volunteer to roll the cart around the school building - it’s a fun and easy way to be involved!

  2. Provide baked goods/treats for the happy cart (around 20 servings of cookies, muffins, brownies, etc.). The treats can be dropped off in the office by 8:10am on the chosen date.

Please join us for a special parent workshop presented by Parents Who Fight on how we, as parents, navigate screen time with our children.
